We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and want to assure you that we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.\r\n\r\nHowever, we found that many referrers and distributors do not have a SUZUWALK account, which prevents us from distributing SOT1. If you have not owned a SUZUWALK account, please kindly create one with the exact email that we sent you this announcement to.
