We have recently reconfirmed the past distribution records of SOT and SOTd, and have confirmed that there were discrepancies in the quantity and timing of distribution of SOT and SOTd granted to some members for purchased items and Affiliate rewards.

Specifically, the SOTs were not reflected in the quantities that should have been given, or SOT2 was mistakenly given to a member who should have received SOT1.

We are currently conducting a detailed investigation in order to clarify the causes and background that led to this situation. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide accurate information and resolve the issue quickly.

As per the White Paper, we will take steps to accurately resolve the issues related to the distribution of SOT and SOTd and prevent their recurrence.
