{"id":269,"date":"2023-10-01T05:11:47","date_gmt":"2023-10-01T05:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/?post_type=company&#038;p=269"},"modified":"2023-10-01T05:17:36","modified_gmt":"2023-10-01T05:17:36","slug":"notice-of-establishment-of-crisis-management-office","status":"publish","type":"company","link":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/it\/company\/notice-of-establishment-of-crisis-management-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Avviso di istituzione dell'Ufficio di gestione delle crisi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ciao ai membri di DAO!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Oggi vorremmo fare un annuncio che potrebbe essere positivo o meno.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We are pleased to announce the establishment of a &#8220;Crisis Management Office&#8221; within SUZUVERSE JAPAN as of October 1.<br \/>Lo scopo dell'istituzione di questo ufficio \u00e8 quello di ridurre al minimo i danni prevedendo in anticipo i vari rischi, adottando in anticipo le contromisure contro tali rischi e attuando le contromisure preparate in anticipo nel caso in cui i rischi si concretizzino.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Alla luce dei recenti episodi di comportamento diffamatorio su Internet e dell'intrusione di persone sospette nelle riunioni informative degli affiliati, si \u00e8 deciso che sarebbe stato utile per i membri del DAO adottare misure adeguate contro tali incidenti.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L'Ufficio di gestione delle crisi sar\u00e0 attualmente composto dai seguenti membri:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1 persona interna all'azienda<\/li>\r\n<li>Un ex agente di polizia<\/li>\r\n<li>1 lawyer from the public prosecutor&#8217;s office<\/li>\r\n<li>1 avvocato responsabile del contenzioso<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Oltre a quanto sopra, abbiamo anche deciso di invitare esperti esterni nella gestione delle crisi per affrontare in modo approfondito tutte le questioni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ci sono diverse questioni che dovrebbero essere gestite dall'Ufficio di gestione delle crisi, che \u00e8 attualmente sotto il nostro controllo, e adotteremo misure accurate per affrontarle e proteggere i vostri interessi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Come membro del DAO, spero che tutti voi continuiate a fare del vostro meglio!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>SUZUVERSE GIAPPONE<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salve membri di DAO!
