To clarify, the underlying calculations were accurate. The error occurred during the confirmation process when sorting the downloaded results. This unfortunate mistake has now been rectified, and any discrepancies, except for cap adjustment amounts, will be reflected in your account.

You will have the ability to convert to ETH by 8:00 PM Japan time at the latest. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are implementing measures to prevent such errors in the future.
