A SUZUVERSE account is required for SOT distribution. If you have not owned a SUZUVERSE account, please kindly create one with your email. Please refer to this article [새 계정을 등록하려면 어떻게 하나요?를 클릭하여 레지스터 지침을 확인합니다. 

About the distribution, we will distribute SOT4 in a form of data point like SZT in your SUZUVERSE WALLET but it still functions as a token. To withdraw, please check this article for instructions: How to withdraw SOT. On the other hand, you can keep your SOT in your account and wait for the exercise term in the future.
