Preparations for our NASDAQ listing are progressing steadily.

As previously announced, we plan to offer an opportunity to exchange your SGT for company shares.

For those wishing to exchange for shares, please note the following:

Particularly, if you hold SOT1, SOT2, or SOT3, please ensure that you complete the exercise process to SGT and staking between December 28 at 18:00 and January 1 at 00:00 (JST).

If staking is not completed by the deadline, your SGT will remain a cryptocurrency, and the option to exchange for shares in the future will no longer be available.

After the deadline, you will no longer be able to convert your SGTs into shares.

Process to Exchange SGT for Shares:

1. Convert SOT to SGT
   • Follow the instructions here to exercise your SOT and obtain SGT:

2. Stake Your SGT
   • By staking, your SGT will become eligible for share exchange.
   • Please complete the staking process during the period from December 28 at 18:00 to January 1 at 00:00 (JST).
   • The staking duration is currently undetermined, so you may stake for any desired period.

Additional Information:

• Share Exchange Ratio: 1 SGT = 1 share (tentative).
• Share Exchange Date: Undetermined (will be announced once the listing is confirmed).
• The deadline to exercise other SOTs will be the end of the month following the start of exercise.
• At this time, staking does not grant voting rights.
• When accessing the AMS staking function during the designated period, you will see an option labeled "Stake for option".
• Only SGTs on the Polygon network will be supported. Customers holding SOTs on the ETH network are requested to bridge them to the Polygon network to exercise.
