{"id":232,"date":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/?post_type=company&#038;p=232"},"modified":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","slug":"dao-vote-result-of-sot-distribution","status":"publish","type":"company","link":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/pt\/company\/dao-vote-result-of-sot-distribution\/","title":{"rendered":"[DAO] Resultado da vota\u00e7\u00e3o da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do SOT"},"content":{"rendered":"<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ol\u00e1 membros do DAO!<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ontem, solicitei uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ao SUZUVERSE DAO para alterar o m\u00e9todo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do SOT.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/onl.sc\/g5ifZES\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/onl.sc\/g5ifZES<\/span><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foi aprovada e ter\u00e1 a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o no que se refere \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do SOT ap\u00f3s setembro de 2023.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser\u00e3o efectuadas as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es no que respeita \u00e0 emiss\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de SOT5 e seguintes.<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As condi\u00e7\u00f5es utilizadas no SOT anterior (1-4) ser\u00e3o terminadas.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir do SOT5, o SOT ser\u00e1 emitido e distribu\u00eddo nas novas condi\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes, juntamente com o SOT j\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo (SOT(ERC20) (a ser alterado para SGT de pre\u00e7o fixo), SOTd (a ser alterado para SOT) e SOT\u03b1 (a ser alterado para SGT)) at\u00e9 que um total de 100 milh\u00f5es de SOT seja conclu\u00eddo.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>[Novas condi\u00e7\u00f5es para a concess\u00e3o de SOT ap\u00f3s 1 de setembro de 2023]<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n<b><\/b>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><b>O per\u00edodo de c\u00e1lculo \u00e9 mensal e o SOT \u00e9 distribu\u00eddo mensalmente at\u00e9 ao final do m\u00eas seguinte ao m\u00eas de c\u00e1lculo.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li>O pre\u00e7o de convers\u00e3o ser\u00e1 o pre\u00e7o SGT de fecho (UTC, base Coinmarketcap) no \u00faltimo dia do m\u00eas abrangido pelo c\u00e1lculo.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>A data de in\u00edcio da convers\u00e3o ser\u00e1 dois anos ap\u00f3s a data de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e poder\u00e1 ser exercida durante dois anos a partir dessa data.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Elegibilidade para distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os compradores de produtos SUZUVERSE receber\u00e3o um SOT equivalente a 100% do pre\u00e7o de compra.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Para os Afiliados, do ponto de vista das vendas e do marketing, ser\u00e1 confiada \u00e0 Suzuverse Pte uma percentagem acrescida equivalente a um m\u00e1ximo de 300% das comiss\u00f5es dos Afiliados.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser\u00e1 concedido um SOT \u00e0 equipa de desenvolvimento e explora\u00e7\u00e3o equivalente a 100% de cada taxa.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As altera\u00e7\u00f5es que podem ser razoavelmente determinadas como sendo relativamente imateriais, tais como o tipo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o (SOT, SOTd, SOT\u03b1), o montante da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es em que a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser efectuada, ser\u00e3o deixadas ao crit\u00e9rio da Suzuverse Pte.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acima<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">_____________<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sublinhei a negrito as partes importantes.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obrigado pelo vosso apoio cont\u00ednuo!<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SUZUVERSE PTE LTD<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ol\u00e1 Membros do DAO!
