{"id":232,"date":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/?post_type=company&#038;p=232"},"modified":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T07:20:15","slug":"dao-vote-result-of-sot-distribution","status":"publish","type":"company","link":"https:\/\/suzuverse.com\/th\/company\/dao-vote-result-of-sot-distribution\/","title":{"rendered":"[DAO] Vote result of SOT distribution"},"content":{"rendered":"<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hello DAO Members!<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yesterday, I requested a resolution to SUZUVERSE DAO to change the SOT distribution method.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/onl.sc\/g5ifZES\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/onl.sc\/g5ifZES<\/span><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was passed and will be as follows regarding the distribution of SOT after September 2023.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following changes will be made with regard to the issuance and distribution of SOT5 and thereafter.<\/span>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conditions used in the previous SOT (1-4) will be terminated.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From SOT5 onward, SOT will be issued and distributed under the following new conditions, together with the SOT already distributed (SOT(ERC20) (to be changed to fixed price SGT), SOTd (to be changed to SOT), and SOT\u03b1 (to be changed to SGT)) until a total of 100 million SOT are completed.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>[New conditions for granting SOT after September 1, 2023]<\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n<b><\/b>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><b>The calculation period shall be monthly, and the SOT shall be distributed monthly by the end of the month following the month of calculation.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li>The conversion price shall be the closing SGT price (UTC, Coinmarketcap basis) on the last day of the month covered by the calculation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><b>The conversion start date shall be two years after the distribution date and shall be exercisable for two years thereafter.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Eligibility for distribution<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All purchasers of SUZUVERSE products will receive a SOT equivalent to 100% of the purchase price.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>For Affiliates, from a sales and marketing perspective, an increased percentage equivalent to up to 300% of Affiliate fees will be entrusted to Suzuverse Pte.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development and operation team SOT equivalent to 100% of each fee shall be granted.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Changes that can be reasonably determined to be relatively immaterial, such as the type of distribution (SOT, SOTd, SOT\u03b1), the amount of distribution, and the conditions under which the distribution is to be made, shall be left to the discretion of Suzuverse Pte.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Above<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">_____________<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I have Bolded the important parts.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for your continued support!<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SUZUVERSE PTE LTD<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello DAO Members!
