Hey DAO members,

We regret to inform you that our Philippine and Korean offices have been temporarily closed due to the following reasons:

• Both countries cannot adopt the network's compensation calculation method.
• There must be an alternative, but the representatives of the corporations in both countries do not challenge it
• The representative of the Korean corporation has submitted a resignation letter due to the difficulty in exploring the said method
• The representative of the Korean corporation has a very bad relationship with the Korean MLM members of the former RENUME.

As Korea has the potential to become a market as large as Japan, we will try again as fast as possible, but as we have told you several times, it is undeniable that it will take time because it is extremely difficult to secure good human resources.

As for the Philippines office, it will be closed for the time being. Due to the small size of the Philippine market and the extreme difficulty of adopting the network's method of calculating compensation, we will consider the possibility of resuming business in this region once the conditions are right for us to operate there.

We understand that these changes may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these transitions.
