A recent misconfiguration in the process of reflecting purchased merchandise in your account resulted in some users receiving level 2 avatars instead of the level 1 avatars that were purchased.
Once we became aware of this issue, we immediately began to address it, contacting all affected users individually and replacing them with the correct items.
In the future, we will continue to thoroughly check our systems and improve our processes to ensure that such an error does not recur. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
