Notice and Response to Bug in Subscription Purchases

Dear DAO Members,

We regret to inform you that a bug has occurred in the recently resumed subscription purchase process. When entering card information and pressing the payment button, there was a delay in switching to the payment completion page, leading to misunderstandings that the button wasn’t responding. As a result, pressing the button again would create an order for each press. This issue has now been fixed, and such problems should no longer occur.

For those who have accidentally made multiple orders, please be assured that we will process the cancellations. We are also canceling orders that were excessively placed due to this bug, and no charges will be made for these cancellations. 

Unlike our previous update, this issue was caused by a technical problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of SUZUVERSE.
