Notice of Establishment of Crisis Management Office

Hello DAO members!

Today, we would like to make an announcement that may or may not be a good thing.

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a "Crisis Management Office" within SUZUVERSE JAPAN as of October 1.
The purpose of establishing this office is to minimize damages by predicting various risks in advance, taking countermeasures against such risks in advance, and implementing countermeasures prepared in advance in the event that risks materialize.

The background to the establishment of the Crisis Management Office is that, in light of recent incidents of what could be construed as slanderous behavior on the Internet and the intrusion of suspicious persons into affiliate information meetings, it was determined that it would be beneficial to DAO members to take appropriate measures against such incidents.

The Crisis Management Office will currently consist of the following members:

  • 1 person from within the company
  • One former police officer
  • 1 lawyer from the public prosecutor's office
  • 1 lawyer in charge of litigation

In addition to the above, we have also decided to invite outside experts in crisis management to thoroughly deal with all matters.

There are several matters that should be handled by the Crisis Management Office, which is currently under our control, and we will take thorough measures to deal with them and protect your interests.
