We are pleased to inform you of scheduled system maintenance as part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with AI AVATAR (formerly SUZUVERSE).

Maintenance Schedule: 

  • Duration: 00:00 to 03:00 (JST) on January 17th, 2025
  • Impacts: During this period, access to the Suzuverse app, Marketplace, and AMS will be temporarily unavailable.


We are excited to announce the following updates that will enhance your interaction with the platform:

  • Payment Update: From now on, you will have more options to pay within the AI AVATAR (formerly SUZUVERSE) Mall, as we are pleased to announce support for 5 major card providers: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and AMEX.

  • Report an issue: Users will now be able to submit tickets directly through our Help Center, streamlining the support process and replacing the previous email-based system.

  • Enhanced profile details: Your profile is now more organized than ever, with improved sections like Order History and Account Details, making navigation easier and usability better.
