We’d like to inform you that our team will be conducting maintenance on the SUZUVERSE app to release version 2.0.6. During this period, access to the Suzuverse app, Suzuverse Marketplace, and AMS will be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance Schedule: 

• Date: Feb 2, 2024
• Duration: 10:00 - 19:00 (JST)

Impact: Here's what to expect:

1. Biometric verification: Biometrics are unique physical characteristics, such as Face ID/Touch ID in iOS devices or Face unlock in Android devices. Users can use Biometrics instead of password when logging in or making transactions (buy and sell avatars, swap and send tokens,...). Check instructions here: Face ID/Touch ID: How to use?

2. CheerCast: Support Chinese for all current avatars, users can now send a chat text message and video call with all our avatar in Chineses. We also Improve performance of Secretary avatar for better experience.

3. Virtual assistant: We have implemented an AI assistant - Sella for quickly assisting with customer inquiries. You can find detailed information and instructions about our Sella here: Introducing our Virtual Assistant - support 24/7 in SUZUVERSE App

4. Bug Fixes & UI Improvements: We've addressed bugs and enhanced various user interfaces.

We kindly request you to update your app within 2-3 days after the maintenance to enjoy the enhanced features. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this maintenance period as we work to bring you an improved Suzuverse experience.
